The fee for an exhibit space is $2,500.00 plus applicable tax.

Exhibit Space Rental Fees Include:

  • One 8ft X 10 ft exhibit space including an 8 ft high back wall and a 3 ft high side wall with black drape;

  • One 2’ x 6’ covered and skirted display table (optional);

  • Two upholstered side chairs (optional);

  • Maximum of four (4) exhibitor badges per exhibit booth space.*

  • 100-word company description and logo included in promotional email to all delegates one week prior to conference;

  • Company listing and logo on conference website and in program book.

​*Exhibitors can attend lectures but cannot be a presenter in the technical program.

Exhibit Space Rental Fees Do Not Include:

Furniture, electricity, telephone services, lighting inside the booth, transportation, warehousing before and after the conference, customs brokerage, janitorial services within the booth, special materials, additional carpet, material handling, transfer, set-up and dismantling of equipment or booths and lift services.

Note: The exhibition floor is carpeted, exhibitors may wish to purchase additional carpeting. The Québec City Convention Centre offers free high-speed wireless internet access.
